Step 3 — Request your study material

Use the form below to request your state-approved pre-licensing study material before you schedule your exam.

Step 4 — Submit your contracting form

As soon as your license number is issued, complete the contracting form to start your carrier appointments.

    Interview & Alignment

    Day 1

    Meet with a leader, confirm the opportunity is a fit, and choose your start date.

    • Complete the interview call
    • Review compensation and expectations
    • Confirm your resident state
  2. 2

    Onboarding Paperwork

    Day 1–2

    Submit your onboarding form so we can build your training and licensing plan.

    • Complete the onboarding application
    • Background / character questions
    • Get your welcome packet
  3. 3

    Pre-Licensing Course

    Day 2–4

    Request your study material (hiring manager info first, then yours — choose Polaris as the Agency), then complete your state-approved Life & Health pre-licensing course.

    • Submit the study material request form
    • Complete required state hours
    • Pass practice exams at 80%+
  4. 4

    Fingerprints & State Exam

    Day 5–7

    Schedule fingerprinting (if your state requires it), sit for the exam, and apply for your license.

    • Schedule exam at a testing center
    • Pass the Life (and Health) exam
    • Submit your state license application

    Carrier Contracting

    Day 7–9

    Once your license number is issued, we contract you with our carriers and set up commissions.

    • Submit license number & E&O
    • Complete carrier contracting
    • AML and product certifications

    Fast Start Training

    Day 8–10

    Product training, script practice, CRM setup, and live mentorship before your first appointment.

    • Product & underwriting basics
    • Scripts and objection practice
    • CRM + lead system access

    Field Training

    Day 9–10

    Ride along with a mentor on live appointments, then run your own with support on the line.

    • Observe 3+ appointments
    • Co-present with your mentor
    • Write your first application

    Fully Onboarded Agent

    Day 10 — Live

    You're licensed, contracted, trained, and producing — with a clear path toward leadership.
